Big Temple visitor route pavement broken and dangerous

The pedestrian pavement on the main visitor route to the Big Temple is broken with exposed rebar. A foreign tourist was injured last month, and the route stays overcrowded with no repair in sight. Suggested action: Mill and re-lay the damaged stretch with proper compaction instead of patch work, and paint/sign all speed breakers.
