Waterlogging making Ganesapuram subway impassable after every rain

Even 30 minutes of rain floods the Ganesapuram subway completely. Vehicles stall inside and the subway stays closed for days. The pumping motor installed last year has not worked since March. Suggested action: Mill and re-lay the damaged stretch with proper compaction instead of patch work, and paint/sign all speed breakers.
